Why some terms are shown transliterated
A lot of Indian financial vocabulary has no clean Hindi equivalent — nobody says anything other than “CIBIL” or “demat”. Inventing a translation would be worse than useless, because it would leave a learner unable to recognise the word when a bank actually uses it. So where there is a genuine term we use it, and where there is not we show the English word in Devanagari and say so.
Missing a word? Tell us and we will add it.
